Anyone who has ever been to a dance performance knows that there is good dance and there is bad dance . . . and now you can make your own!

“Contemporary” dancer Eric Wilkerson (YouTube video creator Punchrobert) and his assistant, Bich, show us 15 moves we can put to any Adele or Frou Frou track and become instant contemporary dancers!

For those of you who may recognize the Punchrobert account, he is the genius behind the Yes dance. Funny enough, I was just doing The Fork in the Garbage Disposal yesterday at the Eaton Centre. Here comes a new wave of dancers — am I right?
