Panacea: Queer, trans theory and a banana cupcake or six

Two things today, both of local, national and international importance: Vivi + banana cupcakes. (we won’t talk about our neighbours just a lil bit over in that other province [the other white meat?], who saw a homozesual mayoral candidate defeated last night in favour of homophobia a Straight White Male).

So let’s make banana cupcakes with a carob frosting instead. GIRLS WHO EAT THEIR FEELINGS MUCH? Also, Viviane Namaste was awarded the prize last night, the one I told you about in an earlier posting, for her work in the academic field of queer and trans theory.
