Rachel Maddow takes on the Wrath

Pat Robertson shakes his Angry God’s wrathful fist upon the countless of victims in the Haiti earthquake by saying the catastrophe is a consequence of a deal Haitians made with the devil. Is Pat Robertson fucking yonkers??? HELLO?@?!? My girl Rachel takes the 700 Club, his treehouse club for right-wing christians, down a notch. Racism is so incipid, rank and stupid. Suck it racism! You’re so 2000 and hate!

Tegan and Sara released the video for the Tiesto collaboration, Feel it in my Bones. I have to say i’m not the biggest fan of T & S but this song does it for me. I overplayed it when i first heard it in fact, something about the harmonizing they do in the hook. Is that typical of their sound? Do they do that a lot? I asked them for an interview but their publicist told me they don’t do that while they’re touring. And a direct plea to their Twitter did nothing if not dash my chances of ever having a chat with them. I also couldn’t stop staring at Tegan/Sara when I spotted one of them at Aux Vivres over the summer. What? I was eavesdropping.

Oh! Also, the Montreal Roller Derby gals have been taking over the dude-infested rinks of Lafontaine Parc. See below, shades of WIN.
