Gay Conservative candidate defends his record at Xtra West town hall

Conservative candidate Lorne Mayencourt created a stir Oct 8 when he addressed a question on strategic voting at Xtra West’s community town hall for the federal election.

Mayencourt and the other Vancouver Centre and Vancouver East candidates in attendance were asked what they thought of the increasingly talked-about option to vote strategically Oct 14 to prevent a Conservative majority.
