Should a private company be held responsible for its employees' actions? Should employers offer sensitivity training, especially the multinational ones? On April 18, an assault took place at a McDonald’s location in Rosedale, Maryland, a Baltimore suburb, according to the Baltimore County Police Department. A 14-year-old girl has been charged as a juvenile in connection with the assault, and charges are still pending against an 18-year-old woman. Check the video of the assault here, but mostly sign the petition if you think McDick's is liable. I think they need to accept some part of the responsibility for having employees who allowed the beating to go on for so damn long, and well, they can afford a security guard, yo! I mean, hello? MULTINATIONAL. Also, it's BALTIMORE. Cops need to patrol that shit, clearly.
