Who wants to objectify some male superheroes?

Considering how well received my last foray into male superheroes’ sluttin’ it up was (seriously, who knew you guys were into that? I need to create some sort of Venn diagram to map the overlap of gay activism and comic book sexuality here), I decided that it would be remiss of me not to share these drawings of male superheroes designed as female superheroes. Not only is it kind of hot in an “I’m not sure I should be spanking it to this, but oh well” sorta way, but it does make a good point about how women actually see the objectification of female superheroes. From Fernacular:

My main goals were: 1) Make it so the first thing you think of when you look at them is sex, whether you want to or not. 2) make it so that any male human who looks at this feels really uncomfortable. 3) make it funny, because, well, it’s kinda hilarious really.

There are plenty of great articles out there that shed light on the difference between a woman who is both powerful and comfortable with her sexuality and men who think tits and no spine is somehow empowering — a great example are the pieces over at Cracked — but really, I’m just posting this because I know that you guys seem to really enjoy seeing superheroes giving you “fuck me” eyes. Also, I would have totally done another round of “Who’s the Biggest Bottom,” but unfortunately, Superman is really the only one giving me some booty tooch, so he wins by default. Oh Supes, you big ol’ nelly bottom, you.
